Sometimes you need to just find a quiet place for 5 to 10 minutes and just Breathe. Get away from the noise, get away from work, get away from the internet, get away from the kids, get away from your partner. Just take a few moments to collect your thoughts , refocus and refuel. Everyone gets caught up in the day day cycle of just living and sometimes slowing down and breathing really makes a difference for our minds and bodies.
